Kitchen and Family Room Remodel

This Craftsman Bungalow needed more space on the main level for a kitchen remodel and a family room. Creating an open space in an older home and retaining the original character and aesthetic values can be challenging. Once again, attention to detail is the call of the day, and our Design Build Services provided construction drawings and specifications in keeping with this “ageless” beauty. Kolby & Kolby wood windows were used to match existing and the combination of Cedar shake and beveled siding were matched to perfection. The Rafters on this Northeast Portland home had special end cuts and a unique soffit detail that allowed our craftsmen to strut their stuff! The composite decking with cedar and copper rail supports any sized party and the barbeque on those special occasions. The outdoor environment is enhanced by the integrated speaker system installed. This home improvement truly is a masterpiece to be proud of!
