Tualatin Valley Country Club Home
This beautiful Tualatin Valley Country Club area home overlooking the Tualatin River was in need of a major kitchen renovation. An addition was done years before and included an awkward vaulted ceiling area that needed creative solutions to overcome. During our Professional Design Service phase we facilitated the use of Eleek Metal Craft, a local Portland Artistic Metal fabrication company, and a local Portland tile artist from Pratt & Larson Tile to fabricate the 5000+ piece mosaic tile backsplash. The new gourmet style working center includes Wolf double ovens, Sub Zero refrigerator, Fisher & Paykel two drawer dishwasher, and a fabulous extra thick butcher block counter space that abuts a beautiful Kohler under mount stainless steel trough sink with garbage disposal. The cabinets were custom made with rift sawn, panel matched cherry, that included a fly over shelf with integrated can lighting to bring the flat ceiling and the vaulted areas together. The handcrafted hood won first place in the National “Best by Broan” design contest! Other features include a true Venetian Plaster finish around the elevated fireplace, a baker’s pantry and a wet bar complete with wine cooler.
