Carriage House
The Hollywood district is full of charm and character. The home had been fully restored but was lacking some good storage and a place to park. While a carriage house is not a good fit for an SUV, most average sized cars can fit just fine in this structure. The ceiling in this building was designed to handle a very heavy load. With a large access point in the ceiling and hand crafted swing doors on the front of this “garage”, the architectural qualities of its exterior are equally matched on the inside. The building is well insulated and has a slab on grade foundation.
