Irvington Neighborhood Home Remodel
This Irvington Neighborhood home in Northeast Portland needed more space for entertaining guests. A musical couple, the grand piano simply took up too much space in the living room. An extra bedroom behind the wall provided our designer an opportunity to increase the common area without increasing the footprint of the home. Minimizing environmental impact is very important to us! The dividing wall was removed, a new Anderson French door was installed to provide more natural light and access to the outdoors, and an entertainment center was built in at the old closet location. Bring on the guests!
